Description

You will develop and optimize applications within a Scrum environment, focusing on delivery flow and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize story flow and value delivery for Scrum teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies while managing team dependencies.
• Provide visibility into delivery plans and track progress.
• Resolve impediments quickly to maintain agreed-to processes.
• Maintain a productive relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of development experience using JAVA/J2EE.
• 4 to 8 years of total professional work experience.
• Experience building Spring-based applications.
• Proficiency with REST API development.
• Experience working in UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with SVN, Bitbucket, or GIT.
• Experience in the banking domain.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to treasury or payment systems.
• Working experience with Web services using Parasoft SOA, SOAP UI, RIT, or LISA.
• Experience working with DFDL message sets, COBOL copybooks, and various XML message formats.
