Description

Architect and develop high-performance ECN/Exchange gateways and low-latency trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated stress testing harnesses for electronic application platforms.
• Develop high-speed market data, order routing, and quotation systems.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and tune infrastructure for low-latency requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and implement process improvements within the connectivity team.
• Design data structures and unit testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in high-performance programming using Java.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and memory management.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with FIX Protocol.
• Familiarity with Linux programming environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking and core technology concepts.
• Experience with Unit Testing and Data Management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with analytical design and Microsoft Office.
