Description

Develop and maintain Java applications, building services with Spring Boot and implementing RESTful APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy services using Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Implement RESTful Web Services and APIs for system integration.
• Manage data persistence using Hibernate or other ORM frameworks and SQL databases.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Apply design patterns and coding best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services and API design.
• Competency in SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Working knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
