You will lead the development and delivery of Java-based enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Mentor team members on code quality, best practices, and technical excellence.
• Optimize database schemas and queries for MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of proven experience as a Java developer in enterprise settings.
• Strong proficiency in Java (version 8+), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API security, and versioning standards.
• Experience with secure coding practices and data encryption.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and DevSecOps integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
