Description

Develop and maintain microservices applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful services following 12-factor methodology.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
• Maintain application stability on Tomcat and JBOSS servers.
• Write JUnit test cases and validate APIs using Postman and Swagger UI.
• Implement logging via log4j and slf4j, and enforce code quality with SonarQube.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with design patterns including SOLID, Singleton, Factory, Builder, DAO, MVC, and CQRS.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to manage connectivity with Oracle and MySQL via JDBC and JPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing automation products using Selenium.
