Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from architecture design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed solution architecture documents and define deployment strategies.
• Identify solution requirements and key use cases by collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Analyze and systematically address performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate delivery efforts between offshore and onshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Core Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD).
• Proven ability to take end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating between offshore and onshore teams.

Any Graduate degree required.
