Description

You will develop and maintain core server-side Java applications for low-latency, high-availability trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core Java server-side applications on Linux/UNIX platforms.
• Read, debug, and modify existing complex codebases.
• Write tests to validate complex logic and ensure system stability.
• Apply SOLID OO design principles to distributed systems.
• Support trade and order lifecycle management, pricing, and risk management components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• 5+ years of core Java server-side application development.
• Strong proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented development and SOLID design principles.
• Experience with distributed low-latency and high-availability systems.
• Experience with algorithmic execution engines, CEP, or trade/order lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Q (KDB).
• Background in banking or previous work on trade or foreign exchange applications.
