Description

You will develop backend services using Java, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment in a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Test Driven Development (TDD) across the development lifecycle.
• Design and implement API-first designs within a microservices architecture.
• Develop unit, integration, functional, and non-functional tests covering reliability, performance, and cybersecurity.
• Manage data persistence using Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization in AWS cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Java and API-first design.
• Mandatory experience practicing Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency with Spring and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns and microservices.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or Oracle databases.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases in addition to PostgreSQL.
