Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications, owning the full lifecycle from coding to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications using Core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth2.
• Develop cloud-native applications and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and build automation using Jenkins, Git, and Maven/Gradle.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high scalability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17, and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), SQL optimization, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and concurrency.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and automated testing best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures and SOAP Web Services.
• Knowledge of JVM performance tuning and multithreading.
