What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
• Engage in hands-on development, focusing on modernization efforts involving moving files to databases and managing backend processes.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• Proficiency in Java backend development with at least 6 years of experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot and cloud technologies (Azure or other cloud platforms).
• Knowledge of Kafka, JMS, and database management.
• Ability to work hands-on as a full member of a development team, with experience in SQL databases
