Description

You will develop and maintain full-stack applications while mentoring other developers and driving process improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, React, and AWS backend services.
• Identify root causes of production incidents and guide resolution efforts.
• Expand code standards for new patterns and document practical development tools.
• Mentor, train, and coach other developers on best practices and design patterns.
• Lead process improvements and identify technical debt with recommended solutions.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and associated programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AWS backend technologies: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Step Functions.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including TypeScript, CSS, and React.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience applying design patterns to build cohesive applications.
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile workflows.
