Description

You will build and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and cloud-native technologies. You will own the full development lifecycle from coding to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB.
• Manage data persistence with Hibernate, Oracle, and Object/Relational Mapping.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning and maintenance.
• Deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, and IBM Cloud.
• Build and test code using Maven, Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with J2EE technologies including JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB.
• Experience with Hibernate and Oracle database management.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies: Angular, React, NodeJS, Ext JS, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with build tools like Maven and Gradle.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with testing tools including JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and AzureDevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains including Slack and AzureDevOps.
