Description

You will lead the development of Loyalty Member benefit products, driving technical strategy from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define requirements and establish quarterly roadmaps.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services using Domain Driven Design and Test Driven Development.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions for performance and security improvements.
• Research and integrate new technologies to support long-term enterprise growth.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Kafka.
• Database skills in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Version control with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Siebel EAI, Siebel Open UI, and Siebel Architecture.
• Experience with batch scheduling automation (IBM Tivoli) and ETL tools (DataStage).

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the airline industry.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
