Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of loyalty member benefit products, driving technical strategy from concept through production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to build loyalty services using domain-driven and test-driven development.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and timelines in collaboration with architects and stakeholders.
• Maintain enterprise applications, ensuring strict adherence to security guidelines and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues and application bugs.
• Integrate DevOps principles to improve development processes, security, and system performance.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of web application development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Angular and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services and API integration.
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitActions, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD.
• Experience managing applications in a Kubernetes environment.
• 5-7 years of experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Certified Professional status.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Experience with test automation using Selenium and CA DevTest.
