Description

You will develop and maintain full-stack Java/J2EE web applications, owning the entire lifecycle from front-end components to backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end, middle tier, and backend components using Angular and Spring MVC.
• Develop and deploy web services using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Deploy and manage application components within AWS EKS clusters, including Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot production application issues and manage deployment processes.
• Work within an Agile software development methodology.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java/J2EE web development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and Spring MVC from the last 3 years.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate or equivalent ORM from the last 2 years.
• Experience with Kafka or JMS for messaging.
• Proficiency with Tomcat servers and Git version control.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ELB, SNS, SQS, and Route53.
• Experience using Aurora RDS for database management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Amazon MQ for message broker services.
• AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
