Description

You provide L2 and L3 production support for Telecom OSS/BSS applications in a 24/7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical incidents to meet SLA requirements.
• Own the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) submission process for P1 and P2 tickets.
• Automate repeated tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage support tickets, maintaining response times, resolution times, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps and issue resolutions while following escalation procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Java, .NET, C, or C++.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins job management.
• Experience using GIT for version control.
• Ability to process and build JSON and XML data.
• Experience in 24/7 production support and maintenance cycles.
• Proven track record in ticket management and meeting SLAs.
