You will develop and maintain enterprise applications, managing client requirements and system enhancements while ensuring defect-free production releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage client application issues and requirements, providing prompt technical responses to user needs.
• Perform system research, data analysis, and root cause analysis to establish problem prevention plans.
• Coordinate between L1 and L2 support groups and manage multi-regional team communications.
• Plan and secure approvals for production releases to ensure defect-free delivery.
• Execute infrastructure and technology upgrade projects while maintaining documentation according to IT standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Microservices, ActiveMQ, Struts, and Web Services.
• Strong database skills in Oracle, DB2, or MySQL.
• Experience with Maven, Gradle, GitHub, and Bluemix.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, and XML.
• Competency in Unix/Linux scripting and Splunk.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within onshore and offshore support models.
• Background in Healthcare industry concepts and security measures.
