Description

You will support and develop provisioning flows within a telecommunications environment, leading root cause analysis and automation efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve fallout assignments within established SLAs.
• Lead root cause analysis for new issues and ticket patterns.
• Identify and develop automated solutions for repetitive processes and tasks.
• Act as the technical liaison between onshore and offshore teams to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Track offshore team adherence to completion and assignment timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application/Provisioning Support or Telecommunications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience writing queries against SQL and AWS DocumentDB.
• Knowledge of REST API and WebAPI.
• Experience leading offshore teams of at least 5 members.
• Working knowledge of ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy, Jira, or Cherwell.
• Experience using Splunk for queries and dashboards.
• Understanding of order fulfillment, orchestration, inventory management, and service activation.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom industry experience specific to HSD, Voice, and Video provisioning flows.
• Proficiency with diagramming software like Visio.
