Description
You will author, model, and maintain business rules within an integrated eligibility system using the Corticon platform.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Author and model rules, creating complex rules flows in Corticon.
- Analyze operational needs to model, test, optimize, and package business rules using Corticon Modeling Studio.
- Troubleshoot Corticon Business Rules Server operations by analyzing logs and exception messages.
- Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into technical design documents.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience with Corticon Rules Development.
- 2 years of experience in rules modeling using Corticon Rules Engine Studio.
- 2 years of experience creating Corticon vocabulary and Data Contracts.
- Experience with integrated eligibility systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of policy within State public assistance programs.
- Working experience with welfare case management or eligibility determination systems.
- Knowledge of WebSphere and Corticon Foundation API.
