Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications and integrate React-based user interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable Java backend services.
• Develop and integrate user-facing elements using React.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure application quality.
• Manage database design, queries, and optimization using MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience using Java.
• Modern frontend development experience with React.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• NoSQL database development and optimization using MongoDB.
• Relational database knowledge including SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Des Moines, IA.
• Any Graduate degree.
