Description

Build and maintain backend systems and e-commerce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based and e-commerce applications using Java.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Design and interact with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Write unit tests and manage source control using Git.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java Development.
• Strong proficiency in Microservices, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with build automation tools like Maven and application servers like Tomcat.
• Understanding of application scaling in public clouds (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Solid understanding of Git for source versioning and JUnit for unit testing.
