Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications on GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture using Java Spring Boot.
• Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
• Design cloud-native applications and microservices using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
• Analyze and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• 3+ years in an architectural or Tech lead role.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and the GCP cloud platform.
• Experience designing solutions that meet security standards and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and create technical documentation.
