Description

You will migrate legacy applications from Struts 1 to modern Java 21 and Spring 6 stacks.

Responsibilities

• Remove the Struts framework and migrate applications to Java 21 and Spring 6.
• Develop and maintain backend REST APIs using Java 21 and Spring 6.
• Ensure migrated applications maintain functionality while improving performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with scale and security teams during modernization efforts.
• Address code complexity and performance optimization challenges during migration.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Struts 1 and understanding of its MVC structure.
• Expertise in backend REST API development using Java 21 and Spring 6.
• Strong experience in application migration and modernization (Struts to Spring 6).
• Proficiency in utilizing AWS services and performance optimization.
• Experience working within Agile team environments.
