Description

You will design, develop, and maintain distributed backend applications and APIs using Java and AWS cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for distributed applications.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java.
• Support and enhance existing applications within fintech or brokerage domains.
• Manage deployment processes and release pipelines across CI/CD environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and AWS cloud services.
• Deep expertise in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL, including database normalization.
• Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (EKS).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, GitHub, Udeploy, and Artifactory.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum frameworks.
