Description

Build and maintain scalable applications throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will own the process from inception through transition, applying object-oriented design to construct reusable components and advocate for agile, test-driven practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test RESTful web services and API gateways using Java SE and EE.
• Implement object-oriented design principles and Java/Java EE design patterns.
• Improve codebase quality through continuous refactoring and automated testing with JUnit.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and monitor quality with code coverage plugins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL and Hibernate for data persistence.
• Front-end skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS3, SCSS, and Angular 2+.
• Knowledge of React Native and Django.
• Understanding of SOA principles, patterns, and UML.
• Proficiency with diagnostics and testing tools like Dynatrace and Postman.
• Implementation of security best practices.
