Description

You will design, develop, and implement large-scale solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and document code, scripts, and processes according to organizational standards.
• Design self-contained systems and lead the implementation of significant capabilities within existing systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify domain-level problems and prescribe mitigation actions.
• Decompose intricate designs into implementations that can be maintained by less experienced engineers.
• Define test suites and instrumentation to ensure latency and availability targets are met in production.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Spring/SpringBoot.
• Experience with Kafka, REST, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud providers such as Azure and AWS.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience in the airline industry.
