Design and implement technical solutions for complex business problems while evaluating risks and benefits.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions for complex business requirements and provide architectural recommendations.
• Evaluate the benefits and risks of proposed technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, JEE, and Spring Boot microservices.
• Mentor other technologists to improve team technical proficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology and solving complex business problems.
• Extensive experience with Core Java and JEE.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including Fargate, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring other technologists.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring (core and boot), Angular, or jQuery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
