Develop and maintain API-focused services within a distributed architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Manage service orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Develop and integrate APIs within cloud-based environments on AWS.
• Handle data transformation and messaging requirements across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Proficiency with data formats including JSON, XML, YAML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience working with API Gateways such as Apigee.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging layers including Kafka, IBM MQ, or JMS.
