You will build and maintain backend systems while ensuring architectural integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical implementations without compromising system sanity.
• Own the implementation approach for partially defined problems and drive technical discussions.
• Apply TDD practices to maintain and improve code coverage.
• Optimize system flows to improve response times and reduce memory consumption.
• Refactor and remove unused flows to support evolving system requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience building backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including identifying and tracking dependencies.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Any Graduate degree.
