Description

You will develop and maintain the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal, processing high volumes of provider enrollments and renewals. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application logic using Java to support provider enrollment and screening processes.
• Implement and manage business rules using the Drools framework to direct users based on risk levels and provider types.
• Integrate the portal with external systems, existing MMIS structures, and Oracle databases.
• Enhance application maintainability, efficiency, and accessibility while resolving identified bugs.
• Implement changes based on specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with Drools business rules engines.
• Proficiency using Oracle Database.
• Proficiency using Eclipse IDE.
• Experience with Maven for build automation.
• Any Graduate degree.
