Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in Java and Python within banking and financial systems. Integrate AI-driven capabilities including RAG, agent-based workflows, and orchestration frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core applications using Java and Python.
• Implement RAG, LangGraph, and LangChain for agent-based workflows.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for distributed systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and performance tuning best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java development (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Python for backend or AI-related development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, and agent-to-agent (A2A) architectures.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with agentic AI frameworks in production environments.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML integration patterns in enterprise applications.
