Description

You will design, develop, and document computer programs using object-oriented development and structured analysis methodologies. You own the full lifecycle from requirement evaluation to implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom Java applications based on user requirements and system specifications.
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost, and compatibility.
• Consult with users to identify operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Formulate development plans outlining the necessary steps for program implementation.
• Perform unit testing and functional testing of code changes within integration environments.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle WebLogic.
• 8 years of experience developing custom Java applications.
• 8 years of experience creating SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• 8 years of experience with database query languages including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers and users.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of experience using IDEs such as MyEclipse or IntelliJ.
• 4 years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 4 years of experience performing unit testing and functional testing in integration environments.
