Java Developer Role:

Mentoring team (team of 5 in Houston, will be adding in more)

Down the road, will lead team and mentor Jr Developers

Will be building functional / services development

Preferred – someone who has experience in financial industry

AMAZING if they have FIX background or certifications

Backend Fully Java (70% & Developer, 30% software engineer tasks: testing, understanding requirements, working with stakeholders, etc)

Must Have: Java, API, Springboot

Nice to Have: AWS, CICD pipeline mgmt., plus
