Description

You will design, develop, and document Java applications using object-oriented and structured analysis methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom Java applications based on system specifications.
• Evaluate user requests to determine feasibility, cost, and compatibility.
• Consult with users to identify operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Formulate development plans outlining steps for program implementation.
• Perform unit and functional testing of code changes in integration environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle WebLogic.
• 8+ years developing custom Java applications.
• 8+ years creating SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• 8+ years with SQL and PL/SQL database query languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years using IDEs such as MyEclipse or IntelliJ.
• 4+ years with Oracle databases.
• 4+ years performing unit and functional testing in integration environments.
