Description

Lead a team of developers in building functional services and backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of five junior developers, with plans to expand the team.
• Design and develop backend services and functional modules.
• Conduct testing, analyze requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical decisions and ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Background or certification in FIX protocol is a plus.
