Description

You will develop and maintain real-time electronic trading systems for Fixed Income products within mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java and Scala server-side applications focusing on high performance and low latency.
• Implement, migrate, and maintain File Gateway infrastructures including Sterling Integrator and B2B.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard or modify customer transfers for global business functions.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, reusable, and maintainable systems.
• Optimize system performance and support migration efforts for distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience in Java or Scala server-side development.
• Strong experience in multi-threaded development.
• Proven track record designing and implementing high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Experience developing real-time electronic trading applications for Fixed Income products.
• Hands-on experience implementing global, distributed systems in mission-critical trading environments.
• Ability to develop reusable and maintainable object-oriented or functional programming designs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of middleware systems such as ION, Solace, or RMDS and related Java APIs.
• Familiarity with web-based HTML5 front-end technologies.
• Experience with BDD/TDD.
