Description
You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex, cloud-native applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain serverless and containerized microservices using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Develop resilient, event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, ActiveMQ, or JMS.
- Optimize system efficiency through code refactoring, thread dump analysis, and performance tuning.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Git and Azure DevOps.
Required Skills
- 14+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, and JPA.
- 5+ years of experience with Microservices architecture, Serverless computing, and Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 5+ years of experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, or other JMS providers.
- 3+ years of experience leading global teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong proficiency with AWS (S3, EKS, EC2) and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience with SQL (RDBMS), NoSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
- Proven ability in performance tuning and thread dump analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and Generative AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Python and the Vaadin framework.
