Description

You will build and maintain microservices and RESTful web services using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Implement inter-service and asynchronous communication patterns to prevent timeouts.
• Manage data access layers, handling multiple data sources and writing SQL queries.
• Apply request rate limiting and optimize system performance.
• Deploy and manage services using containerization tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java: Collections, Multi-threading/Concurrency, Serialization, Exception Handling, and Stream API.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and inter-service communication.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of basic memory management principles.
• Ability to solve scenario-based problems regarding data access and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific messaging tools like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
