Description

You will design and implement tools and systems to enable engineering teams to work effectively with cloud and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable cloud-native systems on GCP using Kubernetes and Cloud Run.
• Architect and write well-tested code for major initiatives using Java, .NET, or Python.
• Build tools and workflows that enable other developers to excel in their roles.
• Mentor the engineering community through documentation, workshops, and technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to coordinate project plans, resources, and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise-level organizations.
• Proven expertise in cloud engineering and cloud enablement projects.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with NextJS and Datadog.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value engineering projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building applications using Docker within GCP.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, GraphQL, Kafka, Hadoop, or Airflow.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and pipelines.
