Description

Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and debug software to resolve technical issues and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Integrate new software products into existing systems and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews and effort estimation.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues while ensuring code quality and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of professional Java experience with object-oriented design principles.
• 1.5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (DB2, Oracle).
• 1+ years of experience working in Unix or Linux environments.
• Experience with Java frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, and Dropwizard.
• Familiarity with distributed storage systems including Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Bachelor's degree.
