Description

You will develop and maintain complex web services and microservices within a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and lead the development of complex investment management data solutions.
• Manage application code migration to production using DevOps practices.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver software following SDLC best practices.
• Implement security protocols including OAuth 2.0 and Okta integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework.
• Experience building web services, microservices, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS.
• Strong knowledge of Maven, POM files, and dependency management.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, development patterns, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing investment management data solutions.
• Direct experience with Okta integration.
