Description

You will design, develop, and integrate complex backend applications using object-oriented design techniques and design patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new and amended programs from supplied specifications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Manage data processing tasks and ensure data integrity.
• Perform user testing and performance tuning for backend services.
• Implement tests and documentation to ensure software meets agreed standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong core Java language knowledge and Object Oriented Design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
• Experience with messaging queues, Apache Kafka, or Apache Flink.
• Proficiency with SQL and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.
• Experience with Apache, data processing, and implementation testing.
• Familiarity with JUnit, Ant, Struts, or Hibernate.
• Experience using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET, NUnit, or Nant.
• Front-end skills including HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSTL, Swing, or JSP.
