This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Java/J2EE applications and software solutions.
• Modify existing application software to correct errors or improve performance.
• Monitor software system testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Collaborate with systems analysts and engineers to define performance requirements.
• Oversee software system installation and review security needs to determine configuration.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java/JEE with 5+ years of progressive experience (or Master’s degree with 3 years).
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
• Experience with Scala.
• Database experience with Oracle, IBM-DB2, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, or Struts frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with complex software system installation and security configuration.
