Description

You will design, develop, and debug cloud applications using Java and microservices architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud applications utilizing Java, JSON, and large-scale proprietary cloud backends.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
• Analyze code to identify and resolve cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality while evaluating new technologies.
• Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design meetings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Microservices using Spring Integration, Spring Kafka, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EKS, MSK, EC2, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
• Experience with Node.js and npm.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, Apache CXF, FluentD, and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with AWS Amplify CLI and AppSync.

Preferred Skills

• APM tools such as DataDog or Dynatrace.
• CI/CD experience using Harness.
• Java or AWS certifications.
