Design and implement backend platform capabilities for a mobile-first experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of major product features using Java, Kotlin, and AWS.
• Develop backend microservices to support personalized platform experiences.
• Maintain high code quality through comprehensive testing and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor junior engineers to improve technical execution and team performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance SDLC journey maps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on expertise with Project Reactor.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven ability to design and develop RESTful services and microservices.
• Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines including GitHub, Maven, and Gradle.
