Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications for critical banking systems. You own the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and implementation of microservices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure high availability and performance across all banking operations.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to define and ship new features.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve technical issues in existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and code quality.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Proficiency in message streaming with Kafka.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and performance tuning.
• Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT) and Agile methodologies.
