You will act as a development lead overseeing design, delivery, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery efforts while coordinating team management tasks.
• Perform code and design assessments and reviews.
• Participate in requirement discussions to assess technical impacts and opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of functionality within established standards.
• Resolve technical roadblocks through proactive communication and resourcefulness.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience building and maintaining Microservices.
• Proficiency with Cloud tech stacks.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive deliverables.
• Experience performing technical assessments and code reviews.
• Ability to lead and empower development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
