Description

You will provide technical leadership to evolve new and legacy applications toward modern architectures while solving complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices, webservices (SOAP and REST), and APIs.
• Develop application presentation layers using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Apply hands-on architecture and design principles to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Empower the team by offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and providing actionable feedback.
• Develop testing methodology and criteria, implementing them on automated build processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java/Jakarta EE and Java 17+.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• 5+ years of SQL experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases.
• 4+ years of experience writing PL/SQL stored procedures.
• 4+ years of experience in API development, including microservices.
• Strong background in DevOps using Jenkins and GitHub, including extensive Git and code quality processes.
• Proficiency with Maven or Gradle build tools and experience working with IntelliJ.

Preferred Skills

• Batch process development, Python, and shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• DevSecOps best practices including SonarQube.
• Containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
