We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a dynamic team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, expertise in distributed systems, and hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies.

You will work on market risk platforms, scalable data processing solutions, UI/UX applications, and integrations with cloud data platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of key components in a market risk platform
Collaborate with product leads to improve technology solutions
Develop scalable solutions for market risk computation and analysis
Design and implement containerized deployments
Integrate applications with cloud data platforms
Optimize data processing pipelines for efficiency and performance
Develop full-stack solutions with a focus on large data volumes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into technology implementations
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Work within an Agile environment to support timely product delivery

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in backend development and distributed systems
Strong expertise in Core Java, frameworks, and design patterns
Experience with full-stack development and large data volumes
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture
Experience with containerized deployments
Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
