Description

You will develop and maintain backend microservices in Java, implementing event-driven architectures with Kafka and deploying them via Docker and Kubernetes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot for REST APIs.
• Define microservice boundaries, contracts, and inter-service communication patterns.
• Implement event-driven workflows using Apache Kafka, including producers and consumers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and resilience across services.
• Support deployment and operational readiness in Docker and Kubernetes environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java server-side backend development.
• Strong proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka, including message production and consumption.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Understanding of system design principles for scalable and resilient applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
